A. To Start the conversation (Pembuka)
Example : -Assalamualaikum 
                -Agung Speeking
                -Hallo/Hi
                -Can/May I speek to Yusuf ?

B. To Extend the Conversation (Memperpanjang)
    Example : -By The Way (BTW)                
                    -Hold On
                    -Wait a Moment 

C. To End Conversation (Penutup)
Example : -Thanks
                -Bye
                -See You then
